These two homes & garden cottage have been beautifully designed by world renowned architects. Staying here is ideal for big groups of family, friends or work colleagues. The homes sit side by side allowing for free flow between them, whilst still offering privacy if required. There is a lush garden with a pool, deck and views of Table Mountain. Parking for 3-4 vehicles on site. The homes are fully serviced Mon-Wed-Fri. Tues-Thurs there is a light clean ( public holidays excluded). The space Both houses and the cottage are designed in a contemporary style with beautiful finishes and creative decor. This dual property (plus cottage) is tucked away within a gated cul-de-sac, with access granted through two access gates, adding extra security and privacy. The houses are cleverly designed to either allow easy interaction or privacy, depending on your needs. This works well as families, friends or wok colleagues can share the space, but still wake up and enjoy a quiet coffee in their own area if need be. House A has four en-suite bedrooms that sleep 8. House B has three en-suite bedrooms that sleep 6. The Cottage has one en-suite bedroom that sleeps 2. There is a separate en-suite room outside of House A that has been made available on request. This takes the overall total of available beds from 16 to 18. Children will love the garden, kids toys, swimming pool and general ambiance. This is a happy space where families, friends and work colleagues can relax and enjoy their time in Cape Town. Please note that no parties are allowed and we request that you respect our neighbour's proximity and move inside by 22h30 in the evenings. Newlands is centrally located and very quick to get to most parts of Cape Town. Our guests love it for the peaceful ambiance, relaxed feel and proximity to so many of Cape Town's attractions. Guest access House A: all spaces excluding the garage are accessible. House B: all spaces and the garage are accessible. Cottage: The whole cottage is accessible. Other things to note The homes are cleaned on Monday, Wednesday and Friday with a downstairs only clean (no bedrooms) on Tuesdays and Thursdays. There is no assistance on weekends or public holidays (please take note with Christmas, Boxing Day and New Year). Some guest love this arrangement, others would prefer a bit more support. Please let us know in advance if you would like more cleaning / cleaning on public holidays and if so, we will gladly endeavor to arrange.
