The space Townhome #39 has two bedrooms and a full-size bathroom upstairs. Making it nice to have family over for dinner downstairs or getting away from the kids every once in a while :-) place is stocked with minimal utensils but enough to cook and do what you need to cook for the entire family. We did our best making sure this is a home away from home. For example there is toaster, blender, pots and pans utensils, skillet, and other useful needed items to cook and prepare food. Family room has a large 55 inch TV that is smart TV, you can watch Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, sling, Vudo etc. there is full-size couch loveseat couch with two single soft chairs enjoy yourself while watching TV gather together with your family. There is a large half bath downstairs so you don’t have to run up to the four bath room each time. Under the stairs there’s a laundry room feel free to use when needed. Washer and dryer or one unit. The backyard is fully fenced, 6 foot privacy fence, there is a gate that could be used to utilize the deck park. And please feel free to use it. Guest access There are only a few storage places that guests can not access, other than that it's the entire condo available for pleasure. Other things to note Parking: There is a designated spot for parking located behind the unit on a corner Labeled #39. This parking spot is where you will need to park. There is parking in front of the unit but they are for the owners and they pay for there spots. No animals allowed. Registration Details STR-19-13501281
