Phil's Place with private pool

Minutes from Apt, close to the Luberon villages, this charming, elegantly rustic and spacious house with garden, nestles in a calm, leafy environment and has a 7mx4m private pool. The spacious garden makes it perfect for your dog. Only well educated, sociable and cat friendly animals are accepted. I live permanently on the property: our living spaces are separated by a well insulated, locked door. Your offstreet parking is 50 m from the house. Classed 2 ** by the French national tourist board. The space A unique space comprising a large, convivial kitchen with French ceiling and beams open to the living room by a carved stone arch. The living room has a piano, TV, hifi and DVD player, an open fireplace and 2 sofas. The living room opens onto the south terrace where a table, chairs and parasol are provided. The air conditioned double bedroom has a 180cm x 200cm bed with a pocket spring mattress and memory foam top and its own en suite bathroom with bath, washbasin and WC. Two windows open onto the leafy west terrace. An electric barbecue is provided for use onbthe terrace in good weather. The west terrace is shady and fresh in summer with its ornamental stone bassin and cascade. In the garden to the south lies your 7m x 4m private pool and deck with loungers. This is my home and I live permanently on the property with my dog and cat. Your dog is welcome to join you if it is where educated, sociable with people and other dogs and cat friendly! My living space is linked to yours by a very well insulated and locked door. The garden area is spacious and varied with a natural and wild feel. It is well fenced meaning your dog can roam freely. Your car will be parked 50m down the road off the street. Guest access From the main communal gated entrance, a path with gate leads to your own front door. Other things to note If any of the supplies run out during your stay (dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, toilet paper, etc..) please let me know and I will restock immediately. Other supplies such as coffee, olive oil, garlic, etc. are available on loan: please restock them if you use them, thank you in advance on behalf of future guests! There is an honesty box for contributions towards any breakages or overused stocks.
