Our self-contained guest studio apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. As it is a studio apt both beds are in the same room..... perfect for kids. We will consider bookings from groups but please send a request with details of the group before booking. Located in a purpose-built apartment block in the heart of East Belfast only a stone’s throw from the city centre. Well equipped with towels, bedlinen, fridge-freezer, gas hob, electric oven, washing machine, microwave, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, SMART TV and a plugin chrome cast so you can watch your Netflix, Amazon Prime, BBC iPlayer or Youtube account. (don’t forget to download your app before you leave so you can log in!) Oh yes, and the all-important WiFi is included! The property consists of a studio apartment with shower room and open plan area for the double bed, living/dining area and kitchen. Please advise when you book if you require both beds (our second bed is a luxury double sofa bed in the lounge area opposite the main double bed). There is a one off charge of £25 should you require both beds for bookings of two people to cover the additional laundry costs. Guests have free access to one private car parking space throughout the duration of their stay. Patio doors lead to a communal rooftop patio. Perfect to drink coffee, eat croissants and read the book you have been meaning to for ages….. Please note that Northern Ireland has a public holiday on the 12th and 13th of July. Some transport disruption may occur over this time. Guest access The whole apartment is for your own private use. There are french doors accessing a rooftop patio area. This patio is communal to the whole apartment building but to date, I have never seen anyone on it...… Other things to note Public transport to the City Centre is regular and just 2 mins walk from the apartment. The Glider will then take you into town in 3 mins. Taxi fares are approx £5-7 and the train station show you decide to hop to Dublin for the day, is only 10 mins walk. A travel cot or high chair can be supplied upon request. The travel cot is supplied with a sheet and baby blanket but baby sleeping bags cannot be supplied due to safety reasons. The charge is £10 per booking per item.
