!! Absolutely No Party! Quiet hours between 10PM - 9AM !! Brand New & Stunning House in a beautiful residential neighborhood that's just 15 mins away from SFO and 20 mins from San Francisco. Enjoy the spacious and luxurious living situation just slightly removed from the busy SF downtown. The space itself is a spacious 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom masterpiece. Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and large groups. The space Bedrooms: There are 3 large bedroom suites, each with its own full bathroom, premium memory foam mattresses, and working desks. The 2 larger suites both have king size beds for maximum comfort. Luxury linens and towels are provided for you to relax after a busy day. Kitchen: The kitchen is stocked with cooking pots, pans, kitchenware, and utensils. You will enjoy the diverse set of premium spices to use for your meal. We want this to be a home experience for you while you are traveling Entertainment: The living room is equipped with a 4K HDTV. The TV has Netflix and Prime Video already logged in. Come home to enjoy a glass of wine and movie! Shared Space: This house is a multi-unit property (each unit has its own separate entrance). There’s only one shared space which is the garage (game room / laundry room). You can do your laundry, play a game of foosball or ping pong in there. Please keep the noise level reasonable in the shared space and don’t do laundry or play the games during quiet hours (10PM - 9AM). Guest access You have the private access to the entire 3BR 3BA house Other things to note Cleaning: Our cleaning staff reserves the right to service any unit between the hours of 11am and 5pm on check-in and check-out days unless you are paying for an early check-in or late check-out. We rarely need additional time beyond 5pm, but will notify you of any extenuating circumstances. Courtesy Late Check-Out: For our outstanding guests, we would like to extend a courtesy late check-out of 30 minutes if you let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Our cleaners may still begin cleaning the unit at 11am, but you may take the additional time to get ready. Extended Late Check-Out: Extended late check-out time is available until 1pm. There is a $40 charge and payment must be processed and accepted before 10am on check-out day. Guests will be charged for an additional day if no prior notice is given for a late check-out. Bag Drop Off: You may drop off bags as early as 2pm on check-in day. Courtesy Early Check-In: For our outstanding guests, we would like to extend a courtesy early check-in of 30 minutes if you let us know at least 24 hours in advance or immediately after booking. Our cleaners may still service the unit until 5pm. Early Bird Check-In: Early bird check-in is available starting at 2pm. There is a $40 charge and payment must be processed and accepted before noon on check-in day or immediately after booking. Guests will be charged for an additional day if no prior notice is given for an early check-in.
