Brand New House Perfect for Graduation Weekend

Welcome to our brand new house on N Copeland Street. We are .7 miles away from the Tucker Civic Center (about a 20 minute walk, or 4 minute drive according to navigation systems). Our place has 3 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms and can host up to 9 guests comfortably. Each bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed, we will also provide a queen sized blow up mattress, and the sofa can sleep at least one if not two people more. We are experienced hosts with multiple properties in town. The space Our house was built less than a year ago and all appliances and furniture are new. While we normally live here, we will be Airbnbing the entire house for graduation weekend. This will be the first time we put up our home for Airbnb guests, though we do have two other properties that we currently Airbnb so we are experienced hosts (our overall rating is 4.9 stars out of 30+ reviews). Each bedroom has a queen sized bed with all bed linens and towels provided, as well as a private bathroom for each room including shower, toilet, and vanity. Kitchen in fully equipped with coffee maker, microwave, stove, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and all utensils you could need. Tea, coffee and all common condiments provided. Wifi is available for all guests. Living room includes large sofa with additonal seating and large smart TV, with Netflix, Disney Plus and Hulu. Free parking spaces are available on site with additional free street parking along N. Copeland St. and W. Georgia St. Washer and dryer are located upstairs in laundry room with an iron and iron board available for guest use. The house has central heating and air conditioning with ceiling fans available in each room. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house. The only exception being the master suite upstairs and certain closet spaces where we keep personal items. These restricted areas will be clearly labeled to avoid any confusion. Other things to note We recommend you walk or take a taxi to the graduation ceremony as parking can be very difficult to find.
