We are located in the village of Pentlepoir, SA69 9BH in the pretty seaside county of Pembrokeshire. It is family accommodation in two bedrooms with two private shower and toilet facilities. Hot water is fed from a standard 140L storage tank with 3kW immersion heater. Downstairs room a King Size bed, upstairs room a King size and a single bed. There is private parking next to your entrance. Central to Saundersfoot and Tenby it is a perfect base to explore. Chinese Restaurant, 100 meters away. The space The space is private to you and intended as a base for your family holiday. The first guest room is located on the ground floor. There is an enclosed summer kitchen and a food prep area. The summer kitchen is not heated but there is an electric oil filled radiator you may use if needed. Equipped for self-catering with a microwave, twin hob, air fryer, rice cooker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier and fridge. SmartTV and Wifi available at no charge. The second bedroom is on the first floor and has a kingsize bed and a single bed, also with its own private ensuite shower and toilet. On the landing there is a six chair dining table set so you may eat breakfast together or enjoy a takeaway meal at your leisure. Order from our local Chinese restaurant situated just across the road. Guest access We are close to a variety of tourist attractions, Tenby, Folly Farm, Saundersfoot, Heatherton, and many glorious Blue Flag beaches Other things to note No smoking in the guestrooms but there is a patio out the front of the property where you may sit. 7.3 kW Type 2 EV charge point by guest parking bay charge at 45p per kWh between 8pm and 7am unless by prior agreement.
