It is located on the 2nd floor of a architecturally designed walk-up condominium project developed by one of the top developers in Cebu. Guest access I am on on a meet-up procedure for check-ins and check-outs. During check-in, I will then meet you (or any of my authorized representative will meet you) at the condo lobby to usher you my space on the 3rd floor. The in-house security personnel may ask you to sign the guest-sheet at main gate entrance and will require a copy of your government-issued ID for security. During check-out you might be asked to sign the guest-sheet again. The entire condominium is also equipped with 2 swimming pools around and some jogging trails for wellness and physical exercises. I always do my best to get back to your queries as our valued guest as soon as I can if these are done during the wee hours of the day. Other things to note * Unit is offered for minimum of 2-nights only. *Unit is located on the 3rd floor and access to the unit is via stairs for some 20 steps and it is uniquely placed in a 14-sqm floor area dimension with a mountain view. *Strictly no smoking inside the unit. * Smoking area is provided downstairs outside the building. * Check-out is placed at 2PM and please notify the host immediately if there are early or delayed check out times for guidance. This is to better assist you with the key turnovers and final check-out processes. * IMPORTANTLY, WE DON'T HAVE HIDDEN OR EXTRA CHARGES. This amount displayed upon booking is the only amount you are going to pay, no additional charges except for broken items or damages due to mishandling, negligence or oversight. * One Pool is at ground floor near the foot of the staircase leading to the unit location and is open from 6AM-10PM and is free of use. The other one is beside the condo clubhouse at the main road from the main gate and is open from 6AM-10PM also. * The jogging trail is on the ground floor and in any open space within the entire condo complex and free to use. * 32-inch Sharp TV is connected to local-channels offering only and remote-operated. * Unit is also open for monthly or yearly-term lease.
