Apartment Lilly Lienz

Apartment Lilly is a two-bedroom holiday apartment with kitchen and dining room. Guests also have use of a private outside area in the garden and free parking is included. The apartment is located in a quiet and sunny spot just 5 mins drive or 20 mins walk to the Lienz town centre and the Zettersfeld Ski lift. Families with children as well as couples will feel very much at home here. I'm happy to give holiday advice for any guests visiting in summer or winter. The space The apartment is 65 sqm big and consists of an entire floor of the house with its own private entrance. There are two separate bedrooms, a kitchen and dining area, a bathroom and an outside garden area with seating. The apartment is fully fitted and has everything guests might need including towels, kitchenware and bed linen. Guests are free to use everything inside the apartment. Guest access The apartment is very easy to find. Guests will enjoy having full access to an entire floor with a separate private entrance. There is also a covered cosy outside seating area in the garden which guests can use to relax and unwind. Free parking is also included directly outside the apartment. Other things to note Local tourist tax (Kurtaxe) is not included in Airbnb rates. This must be paid in cash onsite when you arrive. The current rate is €2.60 per person per night for guests aged 15 years and older. Because I work and live at the property I can always be available to meet you in person.
