Family home between St Malo and Mont St Michel

We rent our main house during our summer vacation. You will understand that we will ask you to respect our cocoon. Our house is at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a 70s subdivision. It is a quiet place, located 15 minutes from St Malo and the beaches, 40 minutes from Rennes and Mont Saint-Michel, 20 minutes from Dinan, 30 minutes from Cancale... a great location to discover the region and go on beautiful hikes. The space A large living room with TV area and dining area, an equipped kitchen open to this room. Bathroom with toilet and shower. A master suite with a 160 × 200 bed and a spa bath. Our eldest Léna's room with a 140×190 bed. The bedroom of our second Louise also has a 140 x 190 bed. The garden is quiet. It has a large table and chairs for eating and a barbecue available. You will also have a children's play area with swings, slide, ping pong table, basketball hoop... Our cat Rooky will keep you company at times, he will settle on his plaid if the windows remain open. But he doesn't sleep in the house. In the evening he goes "on the prowl", he won't bother you. You just have to give him kibble once a day.
