You require your own transport to stay at 355 as it is 3.6 km from main street, there is only a kitchenette - a microwave, jug, toaster, small bar fridge & sink Your own private space, studio room with your own entry. Comfy king size bed, a shower, and toilet. 10 mins walk to Ngarunui beach via a gorgeous walk through Wainui Reserve or along the road. 5 minutes drive from the township, 30- 45 mins walk to town. The space The Studio Room attached to the house, but you have private entrance, a bedroom, a shower & toilet & tiny kitchenette. The House of in a small block on the way out of Raglan, just before the Ngaranui Beach, 10 mins drive to Manu Bay, 15 minutes drive to Indicators & Whale Bay, check in after 2pm and check out is at 10am. Guest access You have your own entrance. If you want to come around to the house say hi go ahead. feel free to sit on deck at the front of the house, under the gazebo. Please keep gate shut as our dog could wander if she gets out. We have chickens, ducks, & sheep but you won't see them unless you want to! During your stay Just come and say "Hi" if we are here but we will respect your privacy. Do not hesitate to ask if there is anything you want to know - or any thing you want. Just come around the deck to the house where we live. Other things to note No smoking or vaping in the room. We have selected the more strict booking policy, we are open to some flexibility around it, things happen and we are far from heartless, let us know if there might be an issue, communication is key.
