The space One bedroom apartment of 50 m² featuring a bright living area, furnished with a double sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, an open fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony overlooking the Town Hall. The bedroom, with a view of Rue Meynadier, has a double bed or two single beds, and the bathroom is complete with a shower. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are included, as well as bed linen and towels. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment, and all equipment is at your disposal, unless otherwise specified on site. Other things to note Check-ins are guaranteed from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. After 7:00 PM, check-ins are subject to validation, except during conference periods and in the summer. Guests can choose between a physical check-in and a self-check-in and are requested to communicate their preference in advance. In the case of a physical check-in, a person will be present on-site.
