Casa Stefy (CINIT023045B4GK7APE8H) is located in the historic center of Cassone about 3.5 km from Malcesine, in a quiet location surrounded by greenery. The house has two bedrooms, a large bathroom, a kitchen and a living room with dining area, a balcony with lake view, a large covered terrace with table, chairs and awning and a beautiful garden. The house is about 300 meters from the lake, 50 meters from the bus station, 50 meters from a small grocery store. The space Casa Stefy was renovated in the spring of 2020. Every year I try to make it as welcoming as possible to make my guests feel at home. That's why I hope they take care of the apartment and everything in it. Being in the historic center, the parking space I offer is private with an automatic gate for only one parking space about 150 meters from the house, it is not in front of the apartment. To reach Casa Stefy there are about 50 meters downhill, the road being a historic center is cobbled. The house is suitable for families, couples, friends, and sports enthusiasts. Casa Stefy is large and bright, and to access it you pass from Via San Carlo 17 or from the road that flanks the main church of Cassone. To relax, there is a large garden that runs along the valley whose waters flow into the Aril, the shortest river in Europe. Do you want to relax, walk, swim? Come, I'll wait for you at Casa Stefy!
