Sunny Elmwood Condo with Garage

Location! Location! Location! My place is in the desirable Elmwood/College Avenue/Claremont/Rockridge neighborhood that is walkable to almost everything you will need -- coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, local shopping stores, library, post office, hospital, & a movie theater! Only steps away to a bus stop that will take you to UC Berkeley, Berkeley downtown, & nearby cities (San Francisco, Emeryville, Oakland). Only 15-min walk/3-min bus to Rockridge BART station. The space This property is a detached two-story condo. A two-car garage (one slot is for our neighbor [right side] and the other slot is for our guest's use [left side]) is located in the first level of the apartment. There is a studio unit with a separate/private entrance that is occupied by our very quiet tenant of 15 years. The second level is the whole living space with a private entrance --- an open floor plan of living, dining, and kitchen areas. There is a large bedroom with a queen-size bed. The bathroom is accessible from the bedroom. Please note of the following: 1. There are 15 steps to climb to reach the front door. 2. No parking in the driveway. 3. Your space in the garage is on the left. Please be sure to leave plenty of access for the owner of the other car to enter on his driver's side. 4. No TV cable subscription, only Netflix. Other things to note 1. Please water the plants two times per week :) 2. Clean as you go. There is no housekeeping during your stay. 3. Leave no marks. 4. No pets. 5. No parties. 6. Quiet time is after 10PM. 7. Feel free to open the windows when fan does not provide enough ventilation. A portable AC can be easily set up. This is stored in the bedroom closet. 8. When parking your car use the left side of the garage. Our neighbor parks on the right. Please do not park in the driveway. You will get a ticket. 9. Enjoy your stay and sleep well. :)
