This charming 2-room apartment for 4 people is located in the 12th arrondissement, near Nation, in a quiet and family-friendly area with a real village atmosphere. It is conveniently located, public transport is a 2-minute walk away. Many bus and metro lines (lines 6, 1, 9, RER A), will allow you to quickly reach the main tourist areas of Paris. The space The apartment is on the 4th floor with elevator of a condominium secured by digicode, intercom and guard. It overlooks a quiet and pleasant courtyard (possible to sleep with the windows open without being disturbed by noise). It's very bright. It consists of: - a double living/dining room with a 2-seater sofa bed, - a bedroom with a double bed 160 x 200 - a semi-open kitchen including induction cooktop, oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, - a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, hairdryer. Linens as well as basic necessities (shower gel, shampoo, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent) are available. On the other hand, if one of them is emptied during your stay, I suggest you buy it again in the interest of the following guests. Cleaning is done by a professional. There is no parking lot, but it is one of the few areas where you can easily park in Paris. Guest access Access is freely available (key in a key box) from 5 p.m. You will have access to the entire home (except a storage room and a closed room for storage), spaces will be freed up in the bedroom closet to allow you to store your belongings.
