Wel­come to our home, which was once the fam­ily home of one of Napier's finest Art Deco archi­tects. Beautiful set­ting with some of the best north­ern views avail­able. Share with us the joy of liv­ing in our beau­ti­ful home in our city of Napier The space We are within a 10 minute driving, 20/25 minute walking distance of the information and town centre. The closest winery ( Mission Winery )is 20 minutes away by car. Church Road Winery is in the same area. Directly opposite our home is the Bluff Hill Lookout which is a delightful walk(uphill) which also includes a peaceful native bush section on the flat area. It is well worth taking this walk so as to enjoy the views over the bay and the port.The Bluff is also accessible by car. We often walk down to the seashore and enjoy a stroll or a brisk walk along the boardwalk. Guest access When we are not in ( which is the majority of the time) and often when we are in guests are welcome to use all areas of the house except our bedroom During your stay We like to have contact with our guests especially at breakfast time. Other things to note Access is via steps or steep driveway.
