This is a guest house where you live with a host family who has lived in Saipan for 26 years. It has 10 hotel-quality rooms, all the equipment of a shared kitchen where you can cook your own food, a spacious living room, and a clean swimming pool. If you would like breakfast, please let us know a day in advance. Simple breakfast $10, home-cooked meal $12, barbecue $30 extra. There is an additional charge for deluxe rooms with large verandas (#201, #206), so please contact us in advance. Guest access There is a spacious common living room and a fully stocked kitchen with two washing machines and one dryer. Use it with your family and enjoy a private swim in the clean private pool (1.2m deep). Especially enjoying night swimming while looking at the night sky will become an unforgettable memory of Saipan. Other things to note All buildings are strictly non-smoking. According to local law in Saipan, smoking is prohibited in all places with a roof. Let’s quit for the sake of your family’s health.
