No extra bills, all included :) Gas, Electic, Water, WiFi are all laid on for you. 3 bedrooms - Sleeps 5 full sized humans comfortably + cot + pull out bed Just minutes from the Leyton Midland Road (Overground) & Leytonstone (Central Line) and Walthamstow (Victoria Line) are 10 - 15 minutes away. The space We love our home and hope you do to - when we go away we rent out the whole house. The only dates we have available are the ones listed. We are sorry if the dates you require are not available. About the house - it was built in the 1920s and is part of the Barclay Estate. This means its quiet, safe and close to lots of local amenities. I am an art lover and unique works are all over the house, some by famous artists, others picked up on our travels and some by my friends and family. The kitchen has the basics in stock and all the pots pans and equipment you need whilst you are staying. There are two double bedrooms and a smaller room with a two single beds (photo isn’t up to date- they are half bunk style - it's a kids room). We have a travel cot if you need one. Its a real home and that is what makes all the difference! Guest access You have the run of the house - there are three bedrooms, a small bathroom and lovely open plan living space with a separate loos' upstairs and down...and of course the garden, the most beautiful room of the house! (There is an outdoor shower if you fancy it too!) The deck is great for barbecues and the house is excellent for relaxed long dinners. There isn't a TV but there is a great sound system and projector, so bring your laptop and hook it up for a proper movie night! Other things to note It is a home - some would call it 'lived in' because that is exactly what it is! The toilet is not in the bathroom - some people find that strange. The bath is old an loosing its enamel, and yes, the shower is hot! This is not a rental place, it is our home and when we go away, we airbnb it. We prefer longer rents, we won't be nearby but we will make sure you are looked after.
