Sunny, vibrant city fringe

We would love you to stay with us in our spacious two-story home. We have two rooms available (with up to two people in each room). The space The Front Room: Your light and airy bedroom with a comfortable queen bed is down stairs off the hall. The freshly renovated guest bathroom with separate toilet is off the same hall. The dining room, kitchen and laundry are also on the ground floor. Our bedroom and bathroom are upstairs so you will have a measure of privacy. There are bathrobes and hair-dryer for your use. The Studio: the studio room with a double bed is separate from the house. It is just a metre from the back door. You will need to come inside to use the guest bathroom. Free parking is on the street outside the house. It is a busy well-lit street. There is an off-street carpad on the property. We provide a continental breakfast. The kitchen is not available for cooking. Just around the corner are cafes, restaurants, a pub, takeaways, a minimart, off-licence, hairdressers, money machines and the Penthouse – a multi-screen art-house cinema. Please ask if you wish to use the washing machine and dryer. We charge $10 per load. Guest access The only area that is private is up-stairs. You have access to everywhere downstairs. Feel free to hang out in the dining/living room. The kitchen is not available for cooking meals - there are many choices of cafe and take away meals within 2 minutes walk. Feel free to bring take-out food back to our dining room. During your stay We give you as much space and privacy as you would like. We are (usually) here when you need us.
