Completely newly furnished house with a wide view of the most beautiful bend of the Scheldt in Puurs-Sint-Amands (Sint-Amands). The house is located 50 meters from the tomb of the famous poet Emile Verhaeren. Every day, the tides, the countless bird species and the beautiful nature provide various scenes. The landscape never gets boring. Walks, bike rides along the Scheldt, cozy terraces, delicious restaurants and sailing with the ferry: all this is Sint-Amands. The space The house has a spacious living room with sitting area, equipped with a lounge chair and two armchairs, a digital television and free WiFi. The kitchen is fully equipped with vitroceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, Dolce Gusto coffee machine (including a supply of capsules), a kettle, pots and pans and basic herbs. On the second floor, there is a bedroom with luxury box spring with sheets in Egyptian cotton and beautiful views of the Scheldt. This room is equipped with air conditioning for warm Belgian springs and summers. Blissful to wake up here! On the second floor, there is a second bedroom with sofa bed and television. This room also has air conditioning and Egyptian cotton sheets, with a beautiful view of the most beautiful bend of the Scheldt. The upper floor also has a separate toilet with separate sink. The bathroom has a luxurious bathtub, spacious sink, towel radiator and toilet. At your disposal in the bathroom are Rituals products and bath slippers. Under the house, there is a large garage with space for 2 cars. For the sports enthusiasts, there is a ping pong table. There is also a washing machine and dryer. Outside, the beautiful view of the Schelde, there is also a garden with 2 loungers, garden table with chairs and a seating area with a view of our pond, perfect for an aperitif! As a small welcome gift, chocolates are also provided. In addition, some reading books in Dutch, English and French are provided together with fun board games. Guest access The entire home is available to tenants. Other things to note There is a warm bakery just 50 meters from the vacation home. A Delhaize is also available just 2 minutes away by car.
