An upstairs apartment with the view of Crystal Lake and year around activities. Close to Sleeping Bear Dunes, Crystal Mountain, Traverse City, Frankfort, Lake Michigan, Point Betsie and amazing food. The beach has 2 Paddle Boards, 1 kayak, and 1 clear kayak so you can see what is going on in the Crystal Clear lake. All free to use. We live on the Betsie Valley bike trail and have bikes available to use for free. We are 20 minutes feom Crystal Mountain for snowboarders and Skiers. We have snow shoes to borrow for winter beauty on the frozen Crystal lake. Perfect for families, couples or a group of friends. Our only rule is to ENJOY the beauty of Northern Michigan! The space Your front view is Crystal Lake which you anxiously will want to relax on the beach. The bedrooms are peaceful and each have Roku TV's to binge watch your shows. Plus the windows and door leading to a large deck gives you a beautiful view of the garden. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessities you may need for your meals. When I am here, I do provide breakfast, which is a great way to get to know you. The main living area has a sleeper sofa and another TV. There is a dining room table that turns into a ping pong table and a pool table. 3 more ways to enjoy the place. It is cozy, relaxing and a great place to watch the sunset. The bathroom gives you a choice of a shower or relax in a hot bath. I forgot to mention a private pickleball court. Guest access You have access to the beaches, 3 paddle boards, 1 kayak and 1 clear kayak and a double clear kayak. Plus a lily pad. All for guests to use for free. Boat rides when Don is here and weather on the lake is agreeable. Again part of our experience. There is a firepit ont the beach and in the back for a private peaceful view.
