Welcome to Lodi Wine Country! Relax in our beautifully redesigned bedroom, swim in the pool, enjoy the patio with breakfast, and walk to 2 wineries at your leisure. The space We are so excited to share our lovely wine country home with you! I am a retired school teacher and my husband works part time from home doing construction analysis. We are empty nesters with a love of people and travel. Our home is warm and welcoming, clean, and a great place to relax and get a good nights sleep. Guest access You are welcome to use the kitchen as needed, a shelf in the refrigerator labeled "Air bnb" is for your use. The bathroom, while not attached to your room, is for your sole use and will not be used by any one else during your stay. The front room off the entry way is also a great place to relax, we are happy to build a fire for you if you would like. Please respect our family space in the family room and office. Feel free to eat in the dinning room, or enjoy the 2 patios off the home, both with tables for enjoying a meal. We also have a second bedroom available for your use as needed for additional guests. The bedroom is located across the hall from your bedroom. To use this bedroom in conjunction with the booked Airbnb room we charge a fee of $25.00 per night payable upon arrival. During your stay We look forward to greeting you and showing you around the property. We would love to chat on the back patio over wine and cheese, or leave you to relax privately as well. Your room manual has information on great places to eat and some of the many wineries to visit. Let us know if you have any questions or are in need of anything, we are happy to help. Other things to note Due to allergies are not suitable for pets. We do not allow eating in the Airbnb room. There is a dining room table or a kitchen counter that can be used, and in good weather we have an outside table that dinning can be done at as well. While our backyard is fenced and a great place for kids to run around (there is a rainbow systems playground and sandbox they are welcome to use) our pool is not fenced and we would request that you stay outside with your children at all times. We also have a second bedroom available for your use as needed for additional guests. The bedroom is located across the hall from your bedroom. This room has a double size bed in it and the occupant(s) would use the same bathroom as your bathroom. To use this bedroom in conjunction with the booked Airbnb room we charge a fee of $25.00 per night payable upon arrival.
