We are your hosts, Cinda and Steve, prepare everything with exceptional care, from fresh comfortable linens to a lovely continental breakfast each morning. Enjoy a beautifully prepared bedroom, private guest-only bathroom, relaxing patios, and a sparkling pool. Walk to two local wineries or simply unwind in the quiet country setting. Inside, you'll find: Cozy queen bed with perfectly arranged, comfortable linens Pull-out full sofa bed for additional sleeping space Full dresser and plenty of space for luggage Peaceful, quiet atmosphere ideal for resting Your private bathroom , located right next door, is not shared with anyone else. It is kept extremely clean and fully stocked with fresh towels and essentials for your stay. Our home itself is beautiful, peaceful, and filled with natural light. Guests are welcome to relax in the front sitting room, enjoy the wood-burning fireplace, or step outside to the patios for fresh country air and quiet moments in the garden. If you need additional space, a second bedroom across the hall is available. This room includes a full-size bed and a twin daybed and shares the same private bathroom assigned to your reservation. The additional room is available for $40/night, payable upon arrival. Guest access During your stay, you’re welcome to make yourself at home throughout the property: - The kitchen, including a refrigerator shelf labeled “Airbnb,” for anything you may need - The dining room and kitchen counter, perfect for enjoying meals or morning coffee - Two peaceful outdoor patios, lovely for breakfast in the fresh country air or a quiet evening with a book - The front sitting room, where we’re happy to light a cozy fire whenever you’d enjoy it - The backyard and sparkling pool, ideal for relaxing in the sunshine - The playground and sandbox, a sweet spot for little ones to explore and play For safety, children must be supervised at all times when in the backyard or near the pool, as the pool is not fenced. For your comfort, we ask that food and meals only be enjoyed in the dining areas rather than in the living room or the guest bedroom. Our family room (next to the kitchen) and our office are private spaces, and we appreciate your understanding in giving those areas the same quiet respect as you would in your own home. During your stay Cinda and Steve will greet you upon arrival and show you around to ensure you feel completely at home. They are warm, thoughtful hosts who happily match your style, whether you would enjoy a friendly chat on the patio or prefer a quiet, private retreat. You’ll find a room manual with recommendations for restaurants, wineries, and local attractions. If you need anything during your stay, your hosts are always nearby and happy to help. Other things to note No pets, due to allergies. No eating in the bedroom or living room. Dining areas are provided indoors and outdoors. The pool is not fenced. Children must be supervised at all times when in the backyard. A second bedroom is available for 40 dollars per night. You can walk to two local wineries, and many excellent Lodi appellation wineries are just a short drive away. This quiet country location is close to the Consumnes Wildlife Preserve, Lodi Lake, downtown Lodi, and several scenic nature walks. Cinda and Steve take great joy in preparing a comfortable and welcoming space for all who stay.
