Little Latte House 🍂 A peaceful little hideaway cozy rooms, nestled in a quiet local & safe neighborhood. Conveniently located a 15-min drive from Phuket Old Town and 20 min from south beaches. Tucked away at the end of a private road, offers tons of privacy and a break from the hustle, surrounded by lovely greenery - half a mile from the main road and a community mall. The space 🔆 This room is in particular, is the smallest room in all the 6 bedrooms in the house. The size is approximately 12 sqm.) All rooms offer a comfy queen bed, good size quilt, AC, android TV, fridge, microwave, kettle, fresh towels, toiletries, and plenty of storage. 🍳 You'll also have access to a shared kitchen in the patio with all the basics for cooking, plus a laundry with a dryer. 🚲 Bicycles are available for free to ride. 🧹 Guest room gets a complimentary cleaning once a week. If guest'd like it spruced up more often, just let us know, and we'll get it scheduled for you. Otherwise, you'll find all the cleaning bits and bobs you might need in the kitchen. 🌿 Please note, we're not in the middle of the tourist scene, so if you're looking for everything right outside your door, this might not be the spot for you. But if peace, quiet, easy to get around town and a touch of local charm are your thing, we think you'll love it here! The windows of the rooms are facing the corridor. The windows of the bedrooms cannot be opened. Our back patio is your chill zone, complete with a kitchen and laundry, so you can cook, clean, and unwind all in one go. Oh, and yeah, free WiFi covers the whole place, even the back patio. During your stay For added security and privacy, the guest area features a smart lock. While we love meeting our guests and sharing local insights, we're also readily available to answer questions and help out, whether we're around or through messaging.
