The space Good for family and group of friends.Quite and peaceful.with fence and privacy. its a 20 minutes drive to the airport.and 15 minutes to drive in SM city Mandurriao.It has a shuttle Bus you can ride in going out the subdivision to the main road for jeep' and taxi access but you can contact the grab if you have an apps.
