THIS HOME: - Spacious 4 bedroom apartment, sleeps 8. - Postcard worthy Marina views from the 65th floor - 60inch Smart TV with Netflix - A fully equipped kitchen - top-notch appliances including water cooler and cooking necessities - Stocked bathroom with all the essentials - Equipped with washer, dryer & dishwasher - Hotel-Standard cleaning; fresh towels, crisp linens, and hard/soft pillow options - Garage Parking: Two indoor parking spot - Building Facilities: Fitness Centre and Outdoor Infinity Pool with Marina Views IMPORTANT NOTES: - Maintenance and deep cleaning of the swimming are scheduled for Sunday, Tuesday & Thursday between 6.30PM to 8.30AM. The swimming pool will remain closed during these hours and will reopen at 9AM for use. - Guests will not be allowed to leave luggage in reception or common areas. - Emirates ID/Passport Copies of all guests are required to be submitted at least 24-hr prior to arrival as a mandatory request from the Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing of Dubai (DTCM) for all vacation rentals or hotels in Dubai. Passport pictures will be shared with the building management and the department of Tourism of Dubai in a safe and secure manner. We’d be happy to set up additional cleans, help with booking activities and excursions, or airport transfers. HOUSE RULES: CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in time is any time after 4PM. Check-out time is any time before 11am. You're welcome to request an early check in or late checkout, but this is not guaranteed and we can only confirm 24 hours in advance. Please note, early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges may apply. SMOKING: Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed. Smoking violations are subject to a 1000 AED fine and immediate termination of your stay. PETS: Pets are strictly not allowed in the building. CLEANLINESS: If a location is left in an exceptionally messy state, we will charge $100 USD for every extra hour of cleaning required. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: It is not permitted to have extra guests. If more guests sleep at a location than the number originally stated in the booking, an additional fee could be charged. EXTENSIONS: If guests would like to extend their stay, we require a notice 24 hours prior to the check-out time and will only be able to assist based on the availability. If alterations are made on the date of departure, charges may be applicable. CHECK-OUT: If guests delay the cleaners from beginning their cleaning at the predetermined check-out time, guests will be charged $100 USD. This fee is applied to any late checkout between 11AM and 1PM. Any guest who is still in the location after 1 pm will be charged for an extra night. This does not apply if our team has approved a late checkout in advance. KEYS: Keys, remotes and access cards are provided by property management to Stella Stays and, in turn, provided to the guest for the duration of their stay. Any lost keys and/or access cards will incur a fee of $100 USD. The government has approved construction work to take place in the vicinity of our building. Although we are unable to predict the exact timing or days of the work, we want to make you aware that there may be some noise associated with the construction. Please note: The pool will be temporarily closed for maintenance from August 6 to 28, 2025. It is mandatory to submit your identification documents through our Stella Stays application or other available channels in order to receive check-in instructions.
