Family friendly home with wonderful lake and mountain views, minutes to Grand County lakes, Rocky Mountain Nat'l Park, & historic downtown Grand Lake. Great location for boating, hiking, fishing; short drive to Granby Ranch and the Grand Lake Golf Course for both summer & winter fun. House sleeps 12 if some are kids & you are planning to have them max out the bunk room. Otherwise house comfortably sleeps 10 adults and has three full bathrooms. Reliable WiFi and a landline. The space Our home is beautiful and cozy, ideal for families and friends enjoying a mountain getaway in a terrific location for exploring the Colorado outdoors! This gorgeous house also has kid-friendly amenities like toys, pack&play, baby gate, etc. •Master bedroom has a king-sized bed, pack-n-play in the closet, en suite bathroom, and views of the lake •Additional Bedroom #1 has a queen-sized bed •Additional Bedroom #2 has twin-over-full bunk, and a twin over twin bunk. It easily sleeps 2-3 adults or 4-5 kids (BR 1 and 2 are on the main level and share a full bath) •The entry-level has two pull-out twin sleepers, its own full bathroom and wet bar. This is legally a 4th bedroom, but be aware one of the two entrances to the house goes directly into this room. •The loft has a queen futon Guest access The entire home and deck is yours to enjoy. Toys and games are available and many child and toddler amenities (children's cutlery/plates/cups, booster seat, pack-&-play, etc) are included. Other things to note This is a great place for both relaxing and making memories. Boating, kayaking, hiking, fishing, and winter sports are right out your front door. We equally enjoy doing nothing up here, taking in views of the lake and mountains, enjoying the mountain air, and watching for animal life around the property. Hawks, fox, elk, and moose stop by often. Wifi, cable TV, Roku are available, too. Great for remote work!
