Calm and relaxing 15 minutes from Grenoble: nestled between pastures and woods, our house on the heights of Claix (500 m from the village) offers exceptional views of the Alpine massifs up to Mont Blanc. Sunrises over a sea of clouds in winter, XXL view of the valley illuminated in the evening... The space Country house of 180 m2 on two floors with large bright living rooms. Large well-equipped kitchen with terrace access. Large living/dining room with fireplace on the garden level. Two double beds (160 and 140) and four single beds (two bunk beds and two trundle beds) spread over 4 bedrooms. Optional baby bed available. Two bathrooms with bath and shower. Separate toilets. Large landing on the first floor with foosball and upright piano available. Guest access Access to the house requires a car because we are not served by public transport (at least the last kilometer) The village is a few hundred meters away on a steep road. Private pool on a separate terrace not overlooked. Cleaning robot. A few sweeps may be necessary... Other things to note Trampoline and wooden hut with slide will delight children. The unheated pool exceeds 25°C throughout the summer. It is winterized from the beginning of October in general. The pool is mostly uncovered during the months of July and August to prevent too high a temperature from destabilizing it. This, added to the fact that it is located under the trees, requires that you participate in its maintenance to keep it clean throughout your stay (skimming, regular use of the robot and chlorine and pH verification). Weekly maintenance is nevertheless provided in the rental. A rental agreement must be signed for long-term rentals (> 28 days).
