Bungalow with beach at the end of the road
Description
A homely and quite stylish bungalow with large, light soaked conservatory, and garden (part wild, part gardened). Botany Bay with it's expansive beach and chalk cliffs is at the end of the road. The amenities are pretty good - but there's no hot tub or pool, sorry. Good wi-fi, terrestial TV, sound system, games, jig saws, wierd art and recently re-fitted kitchen. Nearby is the Margate scene - with everything from classic fish and chips to the Turner gallery, Broadstairs and Canterbury's not far. The space This cosy and stylish bungalow is suitable for families and small groups, with three bedrooms, lounge, a large, bright conservatory and kitchen. The garden contains mature fruit trees and a terrace with outdoor seating - in the summer we keep some of the grass uncut (controversial). Guests can enjoy the short walk to the end of the road with access to the iconic Botany Bay beach with easy coastal cliff and beach paths all the way to Margate to the west and Broadstairs to the east. The bungalow is warm, bright and comfortable with simple amenities, and off street parking for one car and free street parking directly outside. Guest access Guests have access to all indoor rooms and garden. Other things to note Well behaved dogs are welcome. The bungalow has step free access, apart from one shallow step up to the front porch. In addition to the three bedrooms there is a sofa bed in the lounge which can take one adult, or two children.
