Newly built, the apartment has a private bedroom and bath upstairs as well as a pull out couch and a 1/2 bath downstairs. There is a full kitchen for cooking in or hosting friends. WIFI throughout. Amazon Fire Stick so you can bring your favorite shows with you. Access to a beautiful shared backyard (think bbqs) as well as a hot tub. As this apartment was built in March, 2018 everything feels new! We have heated tiles in the bathrooms to keep your toes warm in the winter, a rain shower for a spa experience and a Leesa West Elm mattress for a guaranteed good night sleep. And a foldable desk and chair under the bed for those needing a work space. Also, new in 2024 is an air filter for smoky days as well as AC that works well on warm days! Hot tub use can be used for a $60 cleaning charge. Please request access at least a week ahead of your stay. Guest access Guests will have full access to the apartment.
