Alpine Escape - Snow Gum Spa 1

The apartment is self-contained with two spacious bedrooms sleeping up to five people and located in the centre of Mount Baw Baw Alpine Village. Enjoy a rejuvenating soak in the spa bath. In winter it allows for ski-in ski-out access, close to ski lifts and hire facilities and in summer is a good base for hiking and enjoying the beautiful alpine environment. The space Located in the heart of the village, you can enjoy the beautiful alpine environment year round! In summer explore the many hiking trails around the village or venture further into the national park (not far from the Australian Alpine Walking Track), try mountain biking (mountain biking typically available from December) or book in for a laser tag or archery attack session with a group of friends or family, or even take our resident dingoes for a walk! In winter we offer skiing, snowboarding, tobogganing and even husky sled dog rides. The main bedroom contains a queen bed with spa bath and the second bedroom contains a tri-bunk (double on the bottom and single on the top). All linen and towels are provided. You will be across from Village Central Restaurant with spectacular views over Gippsland. Guest access Parking is about 200m walk away in the main car park (car park 1) and is free in summer. For check in please come to see Guest Services in car park 1. Winter – You will need to park overnight in car park 2 or 3 and display your entry ticket on the inside of your windscreen. You can book oversnow to help transport your luggage from your car to the accommodation. Other things to note Mount Baw Baw Alpine Resort lies within the boundaries of the Baw Baw National Park. All corresponding National Park laws apply (e.g. fires, domestic animals, etc). In summer there is not entry or parking fee. In the winter season (June - September) you will need to pay for resort entry for your entire stay (include day of arrival and day of departure). Your resort entry ticket includes overnight parking for your vehicle in the overnight car park. Please let resort entry staff know how long you will be staying. You can pay for entry and parking prior to arrival through our online store, or at the resort entry booth at the T-intersection at the bottom of the mountain. You are also required to carry suitable winter chains for your car during the declared winter season (generally June - October) and may be required to fit them. You will be asked to present proof of carrying chains as the weather changes very quickly in the alpine environment.
