Car space in driveway, although tight, can fit large cars and vans. 15-min walk to amazing Rushden Lakes Nature Reserve/Retail Park. Large Waitrose 10-min walk. Wellingborough Stn 10 min drive. Northampton & Bedford Stns 25 min drive. Buses from top of road to Kettering, Rushden & Northampton. Grocery store & Indian takeaway 10 mins walk. Chest of drawers, bedside table, and area for preparing breakfast/drinks. breakfast. Separate digital shower room just across from room. Single room may be available for additional guests. Car space in front driveway. If large car or van, it just requires a bit of manouvering to squeeze in, but it is easily done. This two-storey house is situated in a lovely tree-lined cul-de-sac, which has been totally renovated in recent years and has a very fresh, stylish but warm feeling. Entry is by steps leading up to the front door. The hallway is small. The stairs to the bedrooms and shower room are directly ahead, and the lounge door is to the right. Downstairs is the lounge/dining room. Behind the tall bookcase is a small cloakroom. The kitchen is entered through the French doors. The garden leads on from the kitchen French doors. The garden is bathed in sunshine much of the day (weather permitting of course) and an ideal place for walking around or sitting and enjoying a cup of coffee. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the kitchen for storing and preparing light meals and ensure all is left as found. Take a stroll in the garden or chill on the swing with a nice drink (weather permitting.) You are most welcome to use the lounge/dining area UNTIL 7.00 pm. During your stay I work from home so guests are free to interact with me as much or little as they like. I am very approachable and happy to provide information on local transport, facilities, dining places and anything else that's needed to make your stay comfortable and easy. Other things to note Cleaning of rooms is provided before and after your stay. If your stay is long-term, then fresh towels and bed linen are provided on a weekly basis. If you require cleaning services, please advise and it can be arranged at a reasonable cost.
