Our home is specially designed to house your family/guests for weddings, business meetings, family trips, etc. It is easily accessible via NKVE/Federal Highway. It's just 5 min drive to Setia City Mall, hypermarkets and Setia Alam Night Market. The space Facilities available: - 4 bedrooms (all with airconds and ceiling fans) - 3 bathrooms (all with water heater) - 1 king-sized bed, 1 queen-sized bed, 5 single beds and 1 sofa bed. Also have several additional spare single bed. - Dining table up to 8 seaters - Refrigerator - Modern kitchen design with minimal cooking allowed - Iron - Kettle - TV - Alarm - Plenty of parking space Guest access Everywhere within the house compound can be accessed. For parking, you can park inside the house and outside the gate as long as it doesn't affect the neighbours. Other things to note The spare floor mattress (single size) is stacked at the single beds in the bedrooms upstair.
