If you're a nature lover, Heathsands is a true gem. This unique property is nestled in 1.6 acres of delightful woodland and garden. The en-suite room offers woodland views where you might spot deer or a red squirrel and the super king-size bed can be converted to two singles. The recently renovated bathroom has a walk-in shower and there is a mini-fridge and a kettle for your convenience. I'll provide tea and coffee. The space The garden is a dark sky area, so wonderful for stargazing if the weather allows. The property is a 1950's cottage that isn't modern (though the bathrooms are) so please don't expect grand designs but more a cosy and nature-based pad is a better description. Please note, if you are booking just the room (rather than the whole bungalow) that means I am likely to be home at the time with my lovely, very friendly black labrador dog. The EPC rating for the bungalow is D Guest access You will have access to your lovely super king-size room, which has a mini fridge, kettle, and an ensuite shower room. Please be aware that the room rate is based on single occupancy. For double occupancy, there will be an additional fee for the second person, which will be included in your booking. There is limited access to the kitchen which can be made by arrangement. Other things to note Please note access to the house is between 5 pm and 10 am in the mornings, though if you would like to be at home between these times, we can discuss your needs further when you request to book. I am afraid visitors from friends (other than those booked to stay at the property) aren’t allowed. As mentioned, access to the kitchen is limited and by arrangement.
