Whether you are visiting family here in town, needed a weekend away with family, attending a wedding, or maybe out for a girls weekend- being within a block of Main St is key to exploring all that Carbondale has to offer. This bright and airy 2 bedroom duplex is the perfect home base for all of your adventures and has all the amenities you need for a memorable trip. The question is- when can you get here? Just a short walk from Main St your home away from home features 2 bright bedrooms each with Queen size beds as well as cozy day beds that can act as either a reading nook or a play area for your little one. Recently renovated, The Spruce House has new appliances including a washer and dryer, dishwasher, and keypad entry. The kitchen comes completely stocked with everything you need for a good meal, including a huge selection of pots, pans, serving dishes, platters, plenty of cooking knives for the chef’s in the family and more. A coffee pot for the early risers, including coffee filters, and a coffee grinder. Take your time and enjoy an early morning sunrise from the breakfast nook. ***Please note: this is a DUPLEX. You have access to half of the house with private entry and an entire level to yourself. No pets allowed. There are no shared spaces other than the yard.*** Plentiful parking just out front of The Spruce House makes it easy to unload upon arrival and come in and out as you please. Upon check in you will receive the key code for the duplex so you never have to worry about a key. The entire upper level of the duplex (2 flights of stairs) is yours for the duration of your stay and you are welcome to enjoy the yard! I am always happy to recommend where to go for dinner, the best hot springs, live music or hike. I want to make sure that your trip to Carbondale is one to remember! Carbondale is everything you want when you head to a mountain town and here, you're just steps away from enjoying it all. Our little town is artsy and eclectic, some of the best restaurants in the valley, and endless access to the outdoors. We are about 40 mins from Aspen. Walk, rent bikes or take RAFTA (our amazing bus system) but do not rely on Uber or Lyft. Our TV is a SMART TV, so you can easily log in to your Netflix, Hulu etc. and catch up right where you left off. But we do not have cable.
