Heartland of the Palouse

Quiet, safe family neighborhood. Private entrance into a daylight basement suite with locked door between levels. Easy access to WSU, shopping and downtown. The space Heartland of the Palouse is the lower level of our home centrally located in Pullman. There is ample room to relax and unwind from the day. The spacious bedroom includes a new queen bed with 2 large windows to let the morning light in. The traditional wet bar allows you to cook minimal meals that are limited to a microwave, electric skillet, mini fridge and coffee maker with place settings for 4 guests. The bar includes several packets of oatmeal, granola bars, hot chocolate and Dunkin’ Donuts original blend KCups for your convenience. There is a private back yard with large trees for afternoon shade. We do have a queen (memory foam/air) mattress on a cot that will be set up in the living room for another spot to sleep for guests. Guest access There is one dedicated parking space alongside the driveway with ample street parking. Guests enter along the south side of the house around to the back and have their own entrance under the patio. Other things to note The suite is in the basement of our family home, so we are easily accessible to help with anything you might need during your stay. We also have three kids, so there will be some amount of regular house activity noise above. Parties, smoking or pets not allowed.
