Piazza dei Rossi studio flat is the ideal location for a couple or a single person to explore the monuments and beauty of Florence and soak in its lively night life, while staying in a charming, quiet "Piazza" just off the famous Ponte Vecchio. The space The location of the Piazza dei Rossi Studio flat is very convenient for shops, bars and restaurants and all the historic attractions are within a 10 minute walk! Bus stop to and from the Santa Maria Novella train station is a 2 minute walk. The studio flat (28 mq - 301 sq ft.) is bright and airy, on the 3rd floor with no lift. Refurbished in 2012 with a sofa bed (queen size bed 60" x 80") , fitted kitchenette, wood floor, beamed ceiling, and everything you need from induction hob to knives and forks, fully furnished with independently controlled heating, A/C, microwave oven, and high speed wi-fi connection - you only need to bring your toothbrush! Also in the flat, you will find an electric kettle, electric toaster, moka coffee machine to make yourself a nice cup of coffee in "the Italian way" and a hair dryer. You will also find linens for the bed, and towels for the bathroom and for the kitchen as well as washing up liquid and detergents in the bathroom. The studio flat is at the 3rd floor with no elevator (that is 4th floor for US scheme), some 60 stairs to go up. While I will be more than happy to help you with your luggage, please note that it is not suitable for wheelchair access or for people with mobility impairments. Guest access Guests have access to the entire studio flat. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: - For all rentals 7+ days, utilities (gas, water, internet connection) are additional, to be paid monthly and calculated upon consumption. - Based on previous tenants expenses, the average cost of the utilities will be around € 130 per month during Autumn/Winter months and, € 100 per month during Spring/Summer months. Of course it all depends on the electricity and water consumption and this is just a guide. In this estimate, utilities cost includes gas for heating, hot water, cooking, internet connection, and waste tax. - For all rentals 7+ days, a security deposit equal to 2 month rent is to be paid on arrival.
