Ca na Palou is a traditional mallorcan house with great roof terrace to enjoy the views of the mountains and the old town during breakfast or the beautiful sunset. A typical 200 year old house keeping mallorcan arquitecture with a combination of modern elements, achieves the right equilibrium between rustic and new interiorism. Great for your summer holidays to easily access the most beautiful places due to its central location. Also, for spring and autumn if you come for cycling or hiking. The space Ca na Palou sleeps 6 people. Is spacious with approximately 140 square meters of living space, so you can feel relaxed in a true Mallorcan townhouse. The ground floor has an open living area with fireplace, hot/cold air conditioning and access to the pretty patio-terrace where there is a purpose built dining area, bathroom with shower tray and an open traditional kitchen with dining area. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with stove, microwave, kettle, refrigerator and other equipments. There is a German Satellite TV in the living room. On the first floor are the 3 bedrooms and a bathroom, which can be accessed separately via the open gallery. The first one has a double bed, hot/cold air conditioning and a balcony with views to the town, the second spacious bedroom has also a double bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. Also there is a family bathroom. Tourist licence number: ETV/5422 All in all, Ca na Palou, is the perfect place to spend relaxing holidays in a typical Mallorcan village away from the tourist areas, a roof terrace with a wonderful view over the "Es Pla" area, "Serra de Tramuntana" and the town, "Llubí". Situated in a quiet street of the small village Llubi with about 2000 inhabitants in the northern interior of the island. The location is perfect for anyone who loves nature, life of a countryside, hiking, ideally for cyclists or just to enjoy the tranquillity of the other part of Mallorca. Easy to park on the little square where you can find tranquillity. In the village there are several bars, restaurants and supermarkets with traditional Mallorquin food. Any additional information about places to visit or what to do, can be provided by the landlord. Final cleaning and laundry will be charged. Prices for Ca na Palou are in Euros. Refundable deposits (250€) are required for any damage to the property or contents, which will be refunded on check out day. Due to our commitment with climate change, we pursue a sostenible tourism. Therefore, excessive consumption on electricity will be charged additionally. The numbers on the clock will be recorded and then again on the check out. From previous years, we noticed 12 kWh is the average consumption per week. Any kwh that exceeds it, will be charged at 0.25€. From January 1st 2018, The Balearic government require a Balearic Tourist Tax, the price is 2.2 euros per person staying per night. This tax is applicable for travelers over the age of 16 years old. You will need to pay this on arrival at the check in.
