2 bedroom bungalow style villa, ideally located in the Jalon Valley. Fabulous mountain views! Our home is suitable for guests seeking to relax and peaceful surroundings A very large communal swimming pool which is shared by a small number of Villas, the pool is rarely busy even in summer! The area is popular for cycling, rock climbing and hiking. Nou Portet restaurant a short walk Cute villages nearby, Orba, Alcalali, Jalon! Beaches of Calpe Javea Denia and Moraira 20- 30 minute drive The space The villa will be sparklingly clean, and ready for your arrival, see our reviews! The main house is detached and all on one level throughout. The main living areas are open plan, kitchen, dining and lounge. Dining area with table to seat 4. Kitchen fully equipped, with induction hob, electric oven and microwave. Living area with corner sofa and 2 chairs, SMART TV with UK free view channels. Pellet burner to lounge. Air conditioning units in the lounge and both bedrooms. The air-conditioning units keep you cool in the summer and provide heat in the bedrooms if required in winter. For winter with our new pellet burner in the lounge, which creates a cozy atmosphere, if you require to use the pellet burner you will be required to carry out a simple maintenance task each morning, additionally an electric radiator is located in the dining area. There are no other radiators but the air con has a heating facility in bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king size bed, stunning views of the mountains, double wardrobe, bedside tables, the second bedroom has twin beds and a double wardrobe and bedside tables. All electricity and water is inclusive. The accommodation sleeps 4 persons. *The communal pool is closed for 1 week, 1st week of April 2024 for refurbishment of shower area. Guest access The home is detached, in a spacious plot. We have 3 outside areas to enjoy the views. The top terrace is a garden area planted with citrus and an olive tree, a great area to enjoy coffee in the morning sunshine, this leads down to a level patio, we have 4 sun loungers in this area, the views are stunning, this leads down to a large level garden which has been landscaped with astro turf and has patio areas, a pergola with sofa seating area for dining or chilling out with lights for evenings star gazing. The lower level garden is also accessed directly down steps from the balcony. The balcony has a table and can seat 6 persons. The balcony accessed from the lounge area is lovely to enjoy morning through to evening watching the sunrise to sunset on the mountains. One word to sum up our place ... Tranquil! We have a storage area under the house which bikes may be stored - please bring own security locks. Other things to note To access the property there are a few steps down to the house, there is a handrail and the area is well. We are not able to accommodate guests under 2. Young children should be supervised at all times, in particular in the garden areas due to the different levels of garden. Young children should be supervised on the balcony as there are steps leading down to the garden. Due to Valencian Law, guest bookings of longer than 10 nights will be required to sign a seasonal contract which would be emailed ahead of stay, as such this is a house rule. This law does not apply to shorter stays.
