Capture the character and charm of our stand alone beautiful mud brick home complimented by modern conveniences and touches of luxury set on 1/4 acre block in open park like garden surrounds with native flora and fauna and looking out onto the Broken- Boosey State Park. Offering privacy and relaxation it is perfect for that special occasion, family holiday or business trip. The space Our entire house Bed & Breakfast features a beautiful open plan kitchen/dining and living area which all look out onto the gorgeous outdoor undercover entertaining area featuring an outdoor lounge, BBQ, redgum table and stools surrounded by ornamental grapevines and overlooking the Broken- Boosey State Park. Featuring 2 bedrooms with the master bedroom consisting of a Queen sized double bed , a full ensuite with double shower and a private sitting area overlooking the courtyard where you can just curl up and read a book. The 2nd bedroom has a King sized bed or can be configured as a dual single room and has its own full bathroom. Guests receive a complimentary welcome basket including local produce where possible and continental breakfast is provided throughout your stay. Other things to note We also welcome you to bring your pets, we cater for large and small animals including horses ,we have 2 stables with day yards available on site, however we do not allow pets inside.
