Recently refurbished studio flatlet at the front of our home, situated at the edge of the small semi rural village of Bryngwran. PLEASE NOTE **No Cooker or Hob** Seperate access via keysafe. Parking for 1 vehicle on drive. Use of side garden area. We have a lovely local pub a short walk away. Shop/ post office/ cash machine 3 miles in Gwalchmai. 5 miles from Rhosneigr and coast, close to A55 and access to whole of beautiful Anglesey's walks and amenities. Views of Snowdonia and the coast. The space The studio includes two self contained main rooms at the front of the house where we live, with a private entrance, with the option to sleep 4 people, *sharing the 2 double beds* One room is a bedroom with a double bed, and a living room with a *pull out double sofa bed*. A travel cot is available on request. There is a shower room sink and toilet. There is a small kitchenette: NOTE:** no cooker or hob**; however there is a Microwave, slow cooker, kettle and toaster to make the odd meal. Our bungalow is surrounded by fields and at the end of a small community; next door neighbours on one side and opposite are humans, on the other side baby lambs in spring, older sheep and cows the rest of the year. There is a side garden which you can sit in and enjoy the sun for most of the day. We have lovely views of Snowdon and north coast of Anglesey in the distance. Access to the whole of Anglesey, including Holyhead Port via A55; A5. Anglesey coastal paths, Llynon working Windmill, Cycle paths and all attractions of North Wales such as Pilli Palais, Zip Wires, Sea Zoo..too many to mention.* info readily available on line* Local childrens play area and pleasant local rural areas to explore. Good restaurants and shops within a few minutes drive. Bus stop a short walk away, a local community run pub, and a fitness group running in the local church hall. Contacts with Rhosneigr Private Riding Centre for rides on the beach. Gas central heating which you can control on each radiator, there is a log burner also , for you to supply your own logs. Smart TV with Netflix, free WiFi for a relaxed time indoors. Guest access We have our own laundry facilities which can be used for a small charge, for clothes, towels, sporting equipment etc. There is a sunny mostly private garden area with charcoal barbecue, table and loungers for the sunnier days. Parking for I vehicle on the front drive. Private access via key safe by front door. Other things to note **We only have a small kitchenette with microwave kettle toaster and slow cooker in the studio...No Cooker or hob.** We do also have a Static Caravan for hire with a full kitchen for up to 5 people.
