The room has: a bed, a table with chair, closet and coat rail with hangers. There's also storage space under the bed. The rental price also includes all other household appliances, such as a fully equipped kitchen including a refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine, coffee machine (Tassimo), kettle, cutlery, dishes, pots, cups, etc. Towels and linens are also included - SO YOU DON'T NEED TO BRING OR BUY ANYTHING EXCEPT YOUR OWN THINGS :-) The price really includes everything (rent, internet, electricity, use of furniture and electrical appliances.) The apartment is super nice and personally decorated. Hey there, your about to book a room in a nice shared flat. Your kind roomate will let you in and explain everything about the flat to you. In addition I will send you the Check-In Guidelines so you will be on the safe side. You will clean By yourself or you can book a cleaning woman on helpling.
