Basic 10x18 cabin with two bunk beds. Each with a queenand twin bed, Small desk ,chair, and phone charging. Sheets/blankets/comforters available. Heater/AC. Front porch overlooking Ute mountain and farm pond. Rate is for 2 Adults. Each extra person $10/night. Private bathhouse with shower, No kitchen facilities. Coffee machine available . One parking space in front of cabin. If more spaces needed, let me know. Pet friendly: $10/pet/nigh Shadow, our cat, will greet you with enthusiasm! Free Wifi. The space Small rustic cabin on quiet farm setting. Heater to keep you warm in winter and A/C to keep you cool in summer. Sheets available to put on the bed of your choice if you desire, or throw your sleeping bag on top of bedspread. Clean towels in the bathhouse; coffee available to be made fresh by the cup. Best view of the Sleeping Ute Mountain while sitting on the front porch. Watch the horses and cattle in the pastures. Enjoy the peace and quiet! Guest access Cabin and wash room. BBQ and fire pit. Other things to note Bathroom and shower are just steps away, 30ft, at the Wash House, large space. Cabin has no kitchen or water inside the cabin, however, bath house has sink, shower, toilet and washer/dryer. Cabin has electricity and heater & A/C. Shadow the cat will greet you; just make sure he's put out for the night! Remember, sheets are available in the cabin, but are not on the beds. Quilts and coverlets in cabin for your use also. Wifi network hug2g and pw is posted inside cabin. Has strong signal. Washer and dryer available; if you use our supplies, just leave some cash to cover.Thanks
