Bottom Floor of House by Truckee River Hot Tub $10

Please read entire listing and house rules. Our home is nestled against the hills in a secluded small community near the Truckee River. Hiking trails, a riverwalk path and small brewery are walkable. A shopping center and freeway access are 10 min. away by car. Downtown Reno is less than 6 miles away while N. Lake Tahoe, Donner Lake, Truckee and ski resorts like Palisades, Northstar and Boreal are only approx. 40 min-1 hour up the hill. Have a great place to stay near Tahoe for Reno prices. The space The great things about our split level house is that it allows us to occupy the upstairs portion while the three Airbnb rooms are all downstairs. It is in a small quiet neighborhood backed up against the hills and close to the Truckee River. So while it is somewhat secluded, everything you need is just a short 10 minute drive away. Guest access You will gain entrance to our home through the front door with a code we will provide. You will have access to the downstairs area which includes 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with double vanities, a living room with t.v. and cable, a nook with plates, cups, bowls and silverware, coffee, tea, coffee maker and microwave, a baker's rack with a toaster oven. There is a fridge in the garage if you have need of it. Access to the garage is limited to the fridge if necessary. The breakfast offered will consist of breakfast/granola bars, oatmeal, mini muffins and fruit. There is No kitchen access. The only reason we would have to come downstairs is to use the laundry room, access the garage and take our dog out. Upstairs is off limits unless otherwise specified. If you choose to use the hot tub, it will be an additional $10 per person per night of use. Hot tub closes at 9pm on weeknights and 10pm on weekends. During your stay We occupy the upstairs portion of the house. If you need anything or have any questions, please send us a message through Airbnb or if we are in the upstairs living room, you can talk to us from the landing. Unfortunately, the structure of our house does not allow for a separate door or privacy screen downstairs. So you will see us when we come down to take the dog out or to access the garage or laundry room. We will also come down to empty trash and take dirty dishes up to the kitchen to be cleaned. If you rather we didn't, please let us know. Other things to note We have our Pom puppy Truckee. We will keep him completely away from you unless you want to love on him of course. :) We live somewhat close to a railway track. In the summer with the windows open to let in cool air in the evenings, there is the possibility that train horns could be heard. We offer fans in each rooms to keep cool and for white noise. Please do not book for someone other than yourself and your group.
