HUGE POOL NOT HEATED in winter. Smart TV, strong WIFI w new router. Plz read detailed description before booking. The space Lots of charm in this cozy little studio, perfect for singles or couples. Ideal for a romantic getaway! Queen size bed, dinette and kitchenette, closet space, and inviting bathroom. The kitchenette has sink, microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker and a toaster/convection oven. The little dinette is snug but perfect for light breakfasts or take out meals. No stove, no cooking facilities, therefore limited to short term stays only (7 nights max, although I'll consider extensions within 2 weeks). Smart TV with premium cable subscription + sports package + DVR. New ORBI router system with a satellite in Casita now provides strong WIFI signal. French doors opens to the huge pool (NOT heated in the winter) Views of the fountain and mountains from inside this private casita. Off street parking in driveway. My wife and I live in the main house, however the guest house is very private. The backyard and pool area are shared, but we're rarely outside. Note that our guest house is only a 15 minutes drive to the Sky Harbor Airport. Very close to Tempe and Chandler, easy 15-25 minutes drive to Gilbert, Mesa, Scottsdale and central Phoenix. Glendale is a 40+ minutes drive. Easy 15 min drive to Sloan Park (Cubs spring training). Guest access The casita is exclusively for our guests. The resort-like back yard is shared. Two guests maximum, no exception. No additional guests on our property without the written permission of hosts. Not suitable for young children as the pool is not enclosed. Not suitable for those with mobility issues as there are many steps with no railing or ramp to reach our backyard Other things to note We have a much larger guest unit on the same property listed, and it can accommodate longer stays. The City of Phoenix discourages (but does not forbid) wood burning in fireplaces and fire pits to reduce air pollution. To use our fire pit, please purchase fire wood and make sure to bag the cold ashes before leaving (clean up tools in laundry shed behind casita).
