The space The residence is immersed in the nature close to a stream. It has private garden and provides stunning sea and mountain views. It is located at the foothills of the majestic Mt. Olympus, very close to the spacious sandy beach of Skotina & the Platamon's Castle -a medieval fortress of the 13th century. It is the ideal place for those who want to unwind in the peace of the countryside and enjoy the serenity of nature! Villa Dionisos is a full self-catering country house with spacious garden and outdoor convivial areas. It is perfect for family vacation, stays with friends and slow-life getaways offering unforgettable moments in a private setting. GROUND FLOOR • The entrance is leading to a comfortable living room that features an energy efficient wood-burning fireplace for the cold days. • Well-equiped kitchen where you can prepare your favorite meals. • An open dining area ideal for homemade meals with family and friends. • Half bathroom for guests' convenience FIRST FLOOR • Bedroom 1: Double bed with a spacious closet, a couch, a boudoir and Air Conditioning. The room provides a wonderful combined view to the slope, the house's garden and the sea. • Bedroom 2: Double bed with a spacious closet, a boudoir and Air Conditioning. A folding bed can be placed here or a baby cot (baby cot: upon request). The room provides a beautiful view of the sea and the sunrise. • Full bathroom (shower). • Balcony from where you can admire the beauty of the sun as it rises over the sea. !UNIT- BEDROOM3! The unit (bedroom 3) is attached to the main house - NO indoor connection • Bedroom 3: double bed, private bathroom (shower), TV, Air Conditioning GARDEN Villa Dionisos' private garden is an area where you can relax and even prepare meals mindfully. It is completely fenced, it has several flower beds and many bushes to ensure privacy. Olympus and the area of ancient Leivithra. • Trail starting point that leads to a stream close to the premises. • Winery ADDITIONAL INFORMATION • When the weather is cold, guests find the fireplace warmly lit upon their arrival. • Guests can request fireplace lighting service during their stay (no charge) • Guests can find simple printed instructions in the house on how to get and keep the fire going. • Please note that a small part of the road (the last turn) that leads to the country house might be a bit challenging for drivers that are not familiar with uphill driving. Drivers that find it challenging to take this turn at once, in order to reach the premises, can continue driving straight ahead for another 40 meters and do a u-turn as there is enough space there. • Please note that the same part of the road to the premises is not suitable for vehicles with low ground clearance.
