We are close to Liberty University, Randolph & Lynchburg College. Quiet and convenient for nurses, students, couples, or business people! Long Term: $850/month The space This home is one of a kind! Being on a main Lynchburg street it is very close to mostly everything in the city but sitting off the road, on 2.5 acres there is an unusual amount of privacy! We are located in the beautiful historic district, close to downtown Lynchburg and Boonsboro which offer unique places to eat and shop. We have Off Street Parking: Full length driveway and 3 side parking spaces (On street parking available if needed). For our guests we offer: Wifi, living room with plenty of seating , outside patio with cushions chairs, screened in porch, desk in upstairs office solely for guest use. Guest access Full kitchen, washer & dryer on main floor, living room with piano, 2nd floor office with computer and printer, decks with furniture, screened in porch overlooking nature (watching deer and birds in the morning is one of my favorite things about this home!) During your stay I will be there to check you in so we can exchange information and make sure you are all set for your stay! Other things to note There is a permanent tenant who lives in the basement. She is quiet and very sweet. You may meet her if she comes upstairs to do her laundry. Each room in the house has it own key/lock. Upon your arrival you will be given your bedroom's key, as well as the front door key. Monthly Lease Terms: $850/month, 3-6 month leases.
