The space This is a luxury villa built on the hill in one of Cape Town's most beautiful suburbs to take optimal advantage of the views, the weather, the beaches and the charming village of Kalk Bay. The house was designed and is newly built with deep love and care to be the perfect family breakaway. The villa has all the modern amenities - appliances, broadband Internet, Netflix, etc - and is comfortably furnished with quality beds and everything else you need to make your vacation stay a bliss, all while maintaining a calm, casual and relaxed atmosphere where you and your whole family can truly relax and enjoy your stay. The house has three bedrooms upstairs. The main room has a queen size double bed. The second has a double bed sleeper couch and the third has bunk beds (2 3/4 size beds stacked comfortably on top of each other - perfect for kids and teens but fine for adults too). In addition there is a pool-side "studio" downstairs with a double bed. The house can comfortably accommodate 6 or 7 people, as long as some are willing to share. Guest access Guests have the house, the parking garage, garden and swimming pool to themselves and come and go as they please, including the garage for parking, garden and swimming pool. Drive in through the electric gates and park securely inside the garage before entering through the front door. Within the house there are the usual appliances, including a gas hob, all from quality brands, and broadband Internet. The villa is in the heart of Kalk Bay village with dozens of shops, restaurants, bars and coffee shops, a convenient train station, magical beaches and even a real working fishing harbour, all within easy walking distance. Other things to note As we also live in the home we have reserved a few cupboards and corners to store our belongings. You shouldn't notice, however, and there will still be plenty of room for you!
