This top/4th floor apartment feels comfortable and spacious. It is located in a great location just across the Luís I bridge in historic Vila Nova de Gaia. Since there is no elevator one has to climb 72 stairs. It is close to the wine cellars, WOW (World of Wine), Jardim do Morro, near metro and grocery stores and easy walking distance across the bridge to the center of Porto. It has two bedrooms, one bath, a light and bright living/dining room, a very functional kitchen and two balconies. The space Across the Luís I bridge in the historic Santa Marinha neighborhood of Vila Nova de Gaia. Close to the wine cellars/wineries, WOW (the World of Wine museum), Jardim do Morro and easy walking distance across the bridge to Porto center. Guest access This is a whole apartment. One additional storage room is not accessible to guests. The building has no elevator and the apartment is on the 4th floor, 72 stairs! Other things to note This apartment is on the top (4th) floor without an elevator - so you have to climb 72 steps! It's probably good exercise, but not everyone likes that. Two balconies - one off the living room with Southern light and a view towards the Yeatman hotel, WOW and the wineries and the other off the kitchen with a view North towards Porto and the Luís I bridge. Two requirements before checkin: 1) Vila Nova de Gaia charges an occupancy tax for visitors older than 15 years. It is €2.50 per person per night up to 7 nights.
