Welcome to our paradise in Näs parish on southern Gotland! We have completely renovated the house, which is from 1837 in old style. All rooms are bright and homey. At the same time, the house has a high standard with modern comfort. And then, of course, we have the 35 sqm terrace in the west-facing position which, after hot summer days, is lukewarm long after sunset. Welcome!😊 The space The house is located in an open area with rural views in all directions. Nissevik's cozy swimming area is a 1.5-km bike ride away. From the kitchen and the balcony you can see the sunset until the sun goes down. In the lush garden, there are hammocks for big and small. There is plenty of space to play kubb or fly a kite if there is enough wind. Indoors, there is room for socializing, playing games or reading comics. We have a modern kitchen from 2017 with a stove, dishwasher and two refrigerators and freezer. In the living room, there is a TV and a sofa bed 1.40 wide that works well for 2 people. We also have a simple guest bed that works best for a child. The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet, washing machine and dryer. Guest access Entrance to the house is either via the glass veranda or via the kitchen. Next to the kitchen, we have the dining room with a dining area for about 8 people. In the living room, we have a sofa bed (1.40 bed size), coffee table and armchairs. A foldable extra bed is available. Upstairs there is a large room with four sleeping alcoves and a desk by the window. Upstairs there is also a bedroom with a double bed. On the terrace, we have outdoor furniture with room for eight people, two sun beds and three sun loungers. Other things to note We have a newly-built barn a bit away from the house where we have exercise equipment, ping pong tables, games and other things that make it cozy to hang out there in the evenings and on rainy days. There is a loft that is reached via ladder for yoga or other activities.
