Description

Baston Hall is a beautifully restored 9 bedroom Elizabethan mansion and converted stables that exudes understated quality and timeless English elegance. A listed historical hall house set by two lakes in its own valley of 140-acres of private regenerative farming estate, with wild flower meadows, our native aberdeen angus suckler cattle herd, rare breed sheep, woodland pigs, guinea fowl and chickens. Guests can enjoy woodland and farm walks, and a whole host of on farm activities The space Stay at Baston Hall for a holiday, short break or celebration with family and friends and know that you are helping to support the ongoing work on our small regenerative farming estate. Nestled within 140 acres of private tranquillity, everything we do at Baston Hall is about embracing nature and letting it flourish. We are located in the Malvern Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty just two and a half hours from London. Our guests have the opportunity to do more than just coming to stay and spend time with each other;- Embrace the nature around you in the meadows and woodlands with your family and friends. Rest, relax and de-tech. Come and be involved. Help plant a new orchard, a hedgerow, or perhaps assist in laying a hedge, and building wildlife corridors. Inspire the next generation by giving your children the opportunity to have hands on experiences with lambing, feeding the chickens and pigs, sheep dog training, foraging for wild garlic, mushrooms, nuts and collecting eggs on the way home for breakfast. Climb a tree or build a den in the woods, learn bushcraft, go wild camping in a safe and private environment, swim wild in the lake, paddleboard or drift by on the boat. Or maybe just lie down in a wildflower meadow and experience plant life up close. Have a guided walk with us around the farm, and learn about the intricate relationship between livestock, plants and the soil, and how this benefits the wider biodiversity and whole environment we live in. Watch the cattle and sheep being moved, and see them dive in to their new daily salad bar with gusto. Stay in the sumptuous accommodation at Baston Hall, the Elizabethan hall house, oast houses and old stables have been lovingly modernised seamlessly blending its original charm and character with luxury updated facilities and all the amenities a family or group of friends could possibly need for more than comfortable stay.
